STEP 1: If, even after reaching out to the SBI health insurance customer care number and email, you haven’t received any satisfactory response, you may write to their Head - Customer Care at head.customercare@sbigeneral.in. SBI will examine the matter and respond with a solution within 14 days of receiving the mail.

STEP 2: If you are still waiting for a response or the solution provided does not meet your expectations, an appeal is addressed to the Grievance Redressal Officer at gro@sbigeneral.in or contact 022-45138021 detailing your complaint. After receiving your complaint, SBI will investigate the matter and provide you with a final response. STEP 3: If you don’t receive any response from the above authorities or are still unsatisfied with the solution provided, then register your complaint with IRDAI by visiting this link: https://bimabharosa.irdai.gov.in/Home/Home.
