Step 4: You may directly go to the insurance ombudsman if you’re not satisfied with the statements served by the above authorities, according to provisions 13(3) of the Redressal of Public Grievances Rules 1998.
In case the resolution provided by the Company is not to the satisfaction of the Complainant, the policyholders may register a Complaint in the IRDAI Grievance Call Center (IGCC).
