IndiaFirst Life Insurance: Grievance Redressal

For any queries related to your policy claims, renewal, new policy purchase, policy terms, etc., you can contact the customer support cell. But with or without fail, if your queries remain unresolved in any case, contact the details of the grievance redressal officer.

These are the steps through which you can make a complaint or raise a query:-

Step 1: Log in to the customer portal and raise a complaint request on the website. Or, you can drop an email at customer.first@indiafirstlife.com, or call on 1800 209 8700.

Step 2: If in either case, your complaint is not undertaken/resolved, take up your grievance further on the following details.
