To track your claim status, you can contact their customer representative directly by dialing SBI Life's toll-free customer care number, 1800 267 9090.
In case you're not comfortable over a phone call, write an email to SBI Life Insurance and request them to provide an update on your death claim status. You'll receive an email with the SBI Life claim status information within 24 hours.

To keep track of your SBI Life Insurance death claim details through SMS, you've to send an SMS to POLSTATUS << Space>> (Policy Number) to 56161 or 9250001848 from your registered mobile number. After that, you'll get an update on your policy status, including details like claim status.
To check your death claim status offline in person, you can visit the nearest SBI Life branch. Remember to carry the policy documents and ID proof to verify policy details. However, you can quickly locate the nearest branch office through their ‘Branch Locator’.
